GAME ANNOUNCEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
Call 324-8080 and select #1 for game announcements and cancellations.
NOTE: FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR ONLY:
Student athletes whose physical has expired in the 2020-2021 school year will have a one-year extension but must complete the health history form. If you have had medical conditions in the last year that required a physician's care, you will need clearance from your physician to be able to participate.
SPORTS PHYSICALS
Students MUST have a valid physical to try out and participate in Sanford sports. Physicals are valid for two years from the date of the examination. Physical forms from your doctors office should be turned in to the Athletic Department. The Family ID registration below is a separate item from the physical acknowledged by your physician. The online registration needs to be accurately completed. False information can lead to school discipline including possible removal from the team for the current season.
ATHLETIC ONLINE PAPERWORK REGISTRATION
Sanford Athletics is utilizing FamilyID to register all athletic participants in Grades 9 through 12.
Have your medical and insurance information handy prior to completing this registration.
For Family ID technical support: 1-888-800-5583 ext. 1. Seven days a week or support@familyid.com
