April 9th will be our Second Annual Career Expo Day. During this day, we send our 9th and 10th grade students out on field trips to two places of work so they can be exposed to different careers. This is part of our Career Pathways curriculum that guides students to creating a post secondary plan before they graduate. Each student who returns their permission form with visit two businesses in the Pathway they have selected. If your son or daughter has not returned their permission form for Career Expo day, please have them return it to the Main Office before the end of the week (3/28) so we can finalize our numbers. If a new permission form is needed, please have your son or daughter pick them up in the Main Office. This is an exciting opportunity for our students to explore careers in our area!
Juniors will take the SAT during the day on the 9th.
Seniors will be preparing for their future with a Financial Fitness Fair and panel discussions with Sanford Alumni. Lunch will be provided for our Juniors and Seniors that day.
