Today, CJL’s grades 1-3 students had a PTA sponsored special presentation from the Children’s Alopecia Project. Founder, Jeff Woytovich, taught about acceptance, resilience, and respect through telling his daughter’s story. Mr. Woytovich generously made a donation to the CJL library before he left to present again in Acadia! We’d like to publicly thank Mr. Woytovich, our PTA, Mr. Wilson, and Mr. Deshaies for all of their help. During the month of April we will be celebrating the theme of “acceptance” amongst members of our school community. This event was a great kickoff!
