On Tuesday, November 19th, members of the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute traveled to Bangor for its Fall Forum. Over 500 young women, from all over the state of Maine, gathered at the Cross Insurance Arena to share their Values, Voice, and Vision. Senator Snowe and special guest, Governor Janet Mills participated in a question and answer period which detailed their paths from young women to where they are now. The girls were further inspired by a panel of successful Maine women who talked about their journeys through adversity to success.
