Mrs. McCall's first and second graders voted on planting an azalea shrub in the front garden in honor of the last 5th grade class to attend CJL. In addition to the shrub, the students and teacher made a stepping stone that is next to the azalea as a marker. Students in the class helped Mrs. McCall put the azalea in the ground and fill in the hole. Each day a student helps Mrs. McCall check on and water the shrub. The azalea shrub is located to the left of the moose in the front garden.
